The President of Romania, Traian Băsescu, decorated the Arad company Astra Vagoane Călători SA with the most important institutional distinction ever acquired by a commercial company from post-war Romania: the Industrial and Commercial Merit in the rank of Commander! It is a special appreciation of the constant ascending course and of the performances of this company, whose results were noticed a few weeks ago, by the Romanian Exporters Association, during a festivity where Valer Blidar, the owner of the group of companies, was awarded by the president of the Romanian Court of Accounts and the governor of the National Bank, with the grand prize for the achievements from 2013!
