ASTRA Vagoane Călători has the main object of activity the construction, modernization and repair of rolling stock.
We have developed, through our experience, the technical ability to cover all the fields necessary for the manufacture of rail vehicles. Railway wagons as well as casings, bogies and a wide range of components are manufactured and tested in our production section.
At present, Astra Vagoane Calatori has the capabilities and facilities to build all types of passenger cars for international traffic, subways, trams and other means of transport. We also provide repair, maintenance, reconstruction and modernization services as well as customized solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
